Do you accept walk-ins?
Appointments are preferred so you get the full, unhurried experience. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows — booking through GlossGenius is the quickest way to secure your spot.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Come with bare or lightly polished nails if possible. Bring inspo photos if you have a design in mind — Pinterest and Instagram screenshots work great. New clients should complete the liability waiver before arriving.
How long do gel and acrylic nails last?
Gel manicures typically last 2–3 weeks. Acrylic sets last 3–4 weeks before needing a fill. Results vary with daily activity — Vannie will walk you through aftercare tips at your appointment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as Buy Now Pay Later through GlossGenius (available $50–$4,000). Cash is always welcome too.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a 50% service charge. This allows us to offer that time to other clients — we truly appreciate your understanding.

Absolutely — nail art is one of Vannie's specialties. From subtle accent nails to elaborate custom sets, bring your vision and she'll bring it to life. Design add-ons start at $6.
